I am a US citizen that filed an I-130 for each of my parents and listed my siblings on their application.  I know I would file each of my siblings that are married their own I-130 but for my siblings that are 18 and 21, can they be derivatives dependents to my parents' I-130 file or do I have to file their own I-130 case just like my other siblings?  Thank you in advance.

I don't think your siblings will be able to immigrate with your parents. You'd need separate petitions for your siblings and those can take about 15 years to process.

Or you parents immigrate first, then sponsor their children which also will take several years.

Derivatives are not allowed when a USC petitions for a parent.  Your 18 years old and 21 years old siblings are not included in the petitions for your parents.  You will have to file separately for them just like your other siblings.

Once your parents get green cards, they can file their own petitions for unmarried children.
