I prepared my AOS packet and then got slammed at work with a project with an impossible deadline.  I won't be able to submit our AOS packet until this weekend (on 08/18), but I had my fiance sign all of our documents which are dated 08/13 - including the check for payment.  USCIS may not receive the packet until 08/20 or 08/21, and the dates will be a week or more old.  Does anyone foresee this as an issue?  I really don't want to have to go back and reprint and redo all of the pages that had my or her signature on them, but I also don't want to risk acceptance or a RFE for this.  Anyone have experience with this in the past or any educated advice?  Thanks so much in advance!

Haha, I have posted so much here about the K1 process I forgot to say my wife! Boy I hope she doesn't see this....

What really matters is that the forms are all the most current editions. And the date to pay attention to will really be the receipt date listed on your NOA's.

So you mention NOAs, as in plural.  The only NOA evidence I had in my packet was the original I-797 NOA1.  My NOA2 was electronic, I never got a paper copy. I built my packet based off the checklist available here on VJ, do you think I need my NOA2 receipt and/or NVC confirmation?  I had already submitted an Affidavit of Support with the final K-1 paperwork for my WIFE's interview, but I went ahead and filled out another with last year's tax returns as evidence.  Any advice or thoughts here?  Thanks to all for the help and info, I've saved myself from a lot of stress since I joined here.

You'll get NOA's for the I-485, I-765 and I-131. New I-864 is fine.
