So I have seen folks on here say that the notice of readiness form is not needed, but when my fiance completed the DS 160 it says it is need. So which is it? Yes or no? Thank you :)

Hey hello

Just to let you know I contacted the embassy in this form and they say or is no longer required.

Hope this helps.

Thanks and ATB!

Yea its a pain in the azz that the requirements change often and the difficulties in finding info without posting dozens of questions. My poor fiance had trouble figuring out how to book the interview online...luckily he has a brilliant woman to help him and it went just fine 😜

Everyone is correct! it's not needed anymore. All they send you now is a letter confirming they received your case and just a link to booking the interview. However, we got this much after we booked the interview last month. Can't get over the delays for medicals in London etc. Best of luck though :)
