In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

"We" (as in us knowledgeable of immigration) do not believe this for one second. But it is a good way to illicit curiosity for those who are less knowledgeable. He should be prepared for the backlash of disappointment though.

He says in one ad that you will receive level 1 approval within 30 days or he will refund your money.......I wonder what "level 1 approval" is.......maybe when he receives your application for his services....

You are probably correct.  If I remember correctly, his ad says there are 4 approvals.........

Yeah, maybe if they filed in 2016, when NOA2 was taking under 2 months for many people. 

 

Another obvious red flag on the 'Contact' Page: 

"The goal is to get your fiance into the USA in less than 4 months. How much are you willing to invest to achieve this goal? *

I was looking into options back in 2011 when I was getting ready to file for my then fiancé's K1 visa and the local lawyer from my home town quoted me $3000 just for her fees not including anything else at all. She also added that "the Philippines is a harder country to get a visa from so it could be more money". I went with someone else for only $1000, and that was before I found VJ.

Well, I remember seeing people on here getting approved at California Service Center, in as little as a week, in particular from the Philippines, around 2014. Not sure how long it would then take on the embassy side of things in that country, but I guess 4 months was possible then. This certainly stopped eventually. CSC was handing out regular approvals in 30 days or so back then, not any more.

 

This guy is clearly a scammer. If he has ads on this site, someone should report that.
