Hi,

My Sister in Law (US Citizen/petitioner  ) applying  i-130 for his sister ( my wife, UK Citizen/Beneficiary  ) ,

We are total 4 family member me and two kids,

My Question is that

My sister in law just apply  for her Real sister with spouse & kids Details or 4 different files for each person. 

proof of relationship Birth Certificate should be attested or just scan

Please Guide.

Your sister in law is filing for her sister ? Her sister is your wife ? a UK citizen and you are a citizen of where ? Are you in UK or somewhere else ? I believe she can only apply for her sister as a direct family member , not you and your kids.

Thanks for prompt reply,  Yes her sister is my wife, we all  are British citizen and living in UK.  as per my understanding  apply only one application, me and kids will add in  further immigration process.
