Hi guys, I'm putting together my packet for K1 visa and I'm  a little confused about a signature on form I-129F. So far I thought as a petitioner I'm the only one who supposed to sign it, but since I watched a lot of you tube videos some people were saying that the signature is required from the petitioner and beneficiary? I know for most of you it might be a silly question, but to me it's very important because I don't want to make  any mistakes so I would appreciate your help. Also, when do I submit form I-134? Does it go with my K1 visa packet, or would my fiancé have to have it on his interview (hopefully we'll have one)?

On the petition itself there is no place for the beneficiary TO sign.

Your fiance has to write and sign a letter of intent to marry.

I-134 is not submitted until the consulate interview
