Hello! ROC was approved 07/31/18 and 5 days later I was sent my GC. Today 08/13/18 I received a 18 month extension dated 08/06/18 in the mail for ROC. Is there an error somewhere or is it just a mistake on their end?  I didn't get interviewed or RFE.

The letter was probably already in the print queue before you were approved. Just ignore it since you have your green card anyway

Congratulation, May I ask when did you apply for conditional removal?
