I do wish posters would use paragraphs, its so hard on your eyes to read a total block of words. Its also much easier to answer specifics when paragraphs are used.

I wish you well!!

Well i think everybody knows the situation. My wife and I haven't been getting along so she filed for a divorce. I am waiting for it to be ended, but a nightmare of being denied is constantly haunting me.

This is a very hard situation that I am going through.

Sometimes I ask myself, ,what if I am denied then what ???'

I made my life here after I gave mine up back in my country.

I love people here ,I really love them so much , I made friends, I have a job, good wage with benefits, I have everything here.

I entered the marriage in a GOOD faith, but will Immigration believe me???

Will they know that I am not here just to get a GC?

I have proof of relationship, i have emails and letters and my wife used to send me money i have western union statements.

I think this is proof of a genuine relationship.

I also have lots of pics of me and my wife when she was in my home country and tickets to show she visited me 4 times.

Every time she stayed with me 3 months. I also have tickets shows we came back here together. I also have emails and some letters too.

When i first came here i had some problems i was unable to adjust my status for 7 months because I hired a lawyer and he wasted my time.

I did not have any evidence substantiating the relationship because i did not have a social security or GC or work permit so we could not get a joint bank account or other joint bills.

After 10 months I was able to adjust my status and got a CGC so we started having joint bills and bank account.

This is the evidence I got after I was issued my GC -

joint bank account

joint credit card

joint lease agreement

joint electric bill

joint car insurance

joint tax return of one year

joint savings cards

joint samsclub cards

She has a library card and i have one (that means we go to the same library) and we have movie cards they are not joint but she has one and i have one

photos

joint walmart credit card

emails i sent her while I was at work.

I also have proof of us attending marriage counselling because we were trying to save our marriage.

This is what I have, but I am scared in case the immigration officer sees all this and deny me (Idont see why he would deny me).

The relationship was genuine.

I did not marry for the GC, I got married because i love my wife and i still love her.

It just did not work because we disagree a lot about everything.

It did not used to be like this, but everything changed because my wife had a very bad and abusive childhood.

This is why she is like this.

I've just found out, she has just told me after being married a long time. I don't think it's her fault, I understand but we just argue all the time. We've tried and tried to stop arguing, but we still do so we've decided to get divorced.

I am typing and crying at the same time.

Will I be denied even when I've provide all this evidence?

Thank you.

Ok there we go ;)

Generally, if you have been approved for a conditional green card, the process to remove conditions requires that you demonstrate that the marriage continued to be viable for the following two years, unless the alien files a waiver, due to divorce. Then, the alien has a responsibility to demonstrate that the bonafide marriage terminated, but that prior to that time, the alien and US citizen lived together and held themselves out to the public as man and wife ~ conducted their lives as a man and wife would. This, normally, would involve commingling of financial affairs, commingling of social and family lives.

If you can show joint finances and joint liabilities and assets upon receipt of the conditional green card, and if you can show that you continued to reside together until the marriage began to unravel, you should fare well.
