No IV fee invoiced yet!!

Its been 1 month and 18 days since AOS (Affidavit of Support) fee has been paid. Not IV fee has been invoiced.

 

AOS fee paid on 6/26/18

DS 261 received 6/27/18

 

Any idea why it's taking so long? I'm the agent on this case, no email or text for any updates on IV fee. The petitioner called NVC and had the DS 261 reviewed and processed over the phone. 

 

He was told IV fee would be invoiced within a week. No news yet.

call NVC and request a Tier  officer. Usually the IV fee is opened first then the AOS fee

I can't believe you still have not received IV fee invoice, it usually doesn't take this long. Check ceas website and see if you can pay IV Fee, if you still can't pay call NVC and ask rep to send it again. Wish you the best

I just called NVC and I have been told the same thing from the last time I called inquiring about the IV fee.

 

It's in Administrative Processing!

 

I hope they process soon and this isn't bad news.
