have you consider your options how you could take her to Canada instead? VJ is not the place you are going to find a solution to this problem.

I have and a Canadian lawyer is next, and I figured, thats why I am paying $200 just for a 45 minute consultation tomorrow.

Okay.  People in HK are probably satisfy with the reality of one country, two systems.  Democracy protesters are happy with the good common law justice system there under Beijing rule.  China doesn't need oil from Saudi Arabia.  Surely, HK under Beijing rule will be happy to help.

Hong Kong is a known safe area for Saudis that are fleeing, I have contacted organizations that help Saudis and they told me that however you could also be correct.

Canada is much more migrant friendly.

if upon exiting the country they see that she has a US K-1 visa they will inprison her as well.

No they won't. There are  others that had current same-sex beneficiaries that have processed through KSA without issue.

She is bisexual. The atheism alone is enough for asylum and most counties in Europe being a woman in Saudi alone is enough.

Maybe, but it's not for the US.

You can meet then file for a K-1 and request an expedite. Or you can marry and do a CR-1 and request an expedite. Or you can look at seeking refuge in another country. The most important thing is to be safe...immigration comes afterwards.

There is no way K1 would take 7 months. You can’t do DCF for K1 and even if you could you wouldn’t be able to because you don’t live there. Those reasons don’t really seem like enough for an expedite to be honest. If you haven’t even met this person, should you even be engaged?

I'm kind of shocked that you don't know each other in person, you're willing to believe everything the other person says - and it sounds like a lot, and you're willing to go through a lot of possibly finanancial burden and time on someone whose face you have never seen in real life. Visa fees, AOS fees, medical fees, lawyer fees... this will pile up.

Honestly? Before you commit yourself to anything meet in person first. You're not the first person blinded by love but be aware that it's very easy to scam someone online.

And another option- DCF for k1 doesn't exist. Asylum in China I doubt it will happen. Humanitarian expedite probably won't happen either.

Meet in person and do normal k1 or cr1 route and wait your time - you can try expedite but I don't think there is much chance there either. Reality is harsh

K1

29.11.2013 - NoA1

06.02.2014 - NoA2

01.04.2014 - Interview.

AoS

03.2015 - AoS started.

09.2015 - Green Card received.

RoC

24.07.2017 - NoA1.

01.08.2018 - RoC approved.

Canada doesnt do fiancee visas.

They are going to have to meet anyway sounds like they will marry so that will not be an issue.
