K-1 DCF Humanitarian reasons?

In short I am trying to help my fiancée get a K-1 visa however the circumstances will be very urgent.

My fiancee is 20 and currently lives in Saudi Arabia. She is an atheist and LGBT both of which are death sentences in her country. She will soon be allowed to travel on her own to Hong Kong. When she is there she will try to seek protection as an Asylum seeker.

 

I would like to bring her to the US as fast as possible on a K-1 visa.

 

I am 25, make $100K and live in Boston
I have no criminal record, previous marriages, or previous immigration sponsorships. I am a US citizen by birth.

 

She is 20, currently lives in Saudi Arabia, has no previous marriages, no criminal record of any kind. She is a citizen of Chad and has permeant residence in Saudi Arabia. If she goes to Chad her father who lives there will force her into marriage with someone she doesn't know.

I plan on meeting her in person in Hong Kong for the first time so I can't file petition ahead of time.

I have my first meeting with a very good immigration lawyer tomorrow, from my research DCF under humanitarian reasons might expedite the processing. Do you think this situation would qualify? We have gathered a lot of evidence of the abuse and capital punishment she would receive if she had to go back home. They behead ex-muslims there.

In addition is there any alternative routes I am missing?

Can she not stay the K-1 process in Saudi Arabia? She is ok and so far a resident of Saudi Arabia...

Yes that is correct, while you can claim asylum in Hong Kong, all you are really doing is getting a stay of deportation while the UNHCR finds a country willing to resettle you as I understand it. She won't be truly safe yet.

She would be imprisioned for knowing a non family male before marriage.

i know you are in a tight position here, but it's all going to take time. K-1 is about 7 months now. The US embassy would be the one handling your interview. How would anyone know that she is planning to immigrate to the US? ....before that, USCIS is the one revising the petition. There was another VJ member who had a Filipino fiance not to long ago here. Getting something expedited is to my opinion a long shot.

I would also need to meet her inperson and if upon exiting the country they see that she has a US K-1 visa they will inprison her as well.

She is bisexual. The atheism alone is enough for asylum and most counties in Europe being a woman in Saudi alone is enough.

Yes, her mom, siblings and uncles. When she leaves her uncles will attempt to track her down and kill her. There has been many news articles about this happening to Saudi women as evidence

i hope this is a real relationship, because you are gonna have to try to convince a lot of people that this is all true and overcome many hurdles. Not being cynical here, but this sounds like a battle uphill for you.  To answer your question...there is no way faster than k-1 at the moment and to my knowledge
