If I have a gap betwen employment of 2 days, how should I list that on the 129f? Can I leave those two days out of employment history since I have read not to leave a gap anywhere or should Iblist as u employed for two days which doesnt really make sense? Or should I extend my first employer two days until the beginning of the next?

Also, I have a gap of 2 weeks from ending my employment and beginning my schooling. Can I just list Unemployed - Student beginning the day after my end date of employment?

Thank you!!

Less than a month? Just leave it off.

List the dates exactly as they occur...no fudging dates. No need to list periods of unemployment.

Sorry to piggyback your thread, but I have a sort of similar question. I can’t seem to find a definitive answer.

I’m the beneficiary. I’ve been unemployed since finishing a Christmas casual job undertaken in December, 2017. I’ve read some people say that “unemployed” should be my most recent “job” in my I-129F employment history, with others saying you should reserve this section for actual employment only (I’m inclined to agree). Do I put the Christmas job and not make any mention of being unemployed now? I figure it would be implied as is.

Secondly, I took on a full-time job while studying full-time at university last year and ended up resigning from the job after only one day after realising it was going to jeopardise my studies much more than was anticipated. Do I put this job down in my employment history?

Really? Just list employment dates?

I dont need to list dates I was a student or unemployed?

For example, i can leave a year off my employment history with no explanation?  And another 6 months as well?

Thank you
