If my question is in wrong section please feel free to move it as not used to this. My question is I live in Ireland and wondering were and how do I get my police certs thank you people and help be appreciated

8/21/17  --- Received email & text notification 

8/23/17  --- Received hard copy of NOA  

9/01/17  --- Biometrics letter notice for I-485 & I-765 & I-131  

9/11/17  --- Biometrics Appointment Done

10/17/17 - Case Is Ready To Be Scheduled For An Interview

11/30/2017 - EAD/AP Approved
12/01/2017 - Card in Production
12/05/2017 - Received Approval Notice in the Mail
12/06//2017 - Card Mailed (Priority Mail) to Me
12/07/2017 - Card Received 

1/19/18  --- Interview Date 2/21

2/21/18  ---  Approved on the Spot

  • 1 hour after the interview received uscis mobile app alert
  • Status changed from "Interview is scheduled" to "New Card Is Being Produced

2/26/18  --- Received hard copy of NOA for the Green Card

2/26/18  --- USCIS Mobile Status changed to "Card was mailed to me"

2/28/18 --- Permanent Resident/Green Card received :jest:

" Have you tried the search tool? K1 isnt an easy process and a LOT of reading is required to avoid problems (RFEs) etc, if you dont like reading, be prepared to spend WAY more time and couple more $$$ with an lawyer "

People I am from ireland and not used to this I am going to just give a little bit of am email I got I don't know what to do in responce to the email I will write some or it out and if you can help with question be great thanks so much. DEAR APPLICANT THIS OFFICE IS PLEASED TO INFORM YOU THAT WE HAVE RECEVIED 1-129F FORM THE NATIONAL VISA CENTRE A NOTICE OF READINESS MUST BE PROCCSED BY OUR OFFICE BEFORE AN APPOINTMENT IS SCHEDULED PLEASE DO NOT PAY ANY FEES OR REGISTER/BOOK ANY APPOIMENT UNTIL INSTRUCTED TO DO SO BY THIS OFFICE PLEASE CONFIRM RECEPIT OF THE EMAIL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE KIND REGARDS IMMIGRANT VISA UNIT my question is how to respond to tell them I got email. Any help be good I have few more questions but will do one at a time have a good day people

Consulate : Port au Prince, Haiti             I-129F Sent : 4/14/2014

I-129F NOA1 : 4/24/14                            I-129F NOA2 : 9/10/14

NVC Received : 9/24/14                          NVC Left : 9/26/14

Consulate Received : 10/6/14 CEAC status changed to ready

Packet 3 Received : 10/27/14 packet received by petitioner in USA ( beneficiary never received packet 3)

Thanks people for that so appreciated. So when can I fill out my DS-160 form do I fill that out before I do my notice of Readiness as I still have to gather my stuff for interview .if can help with answer be great have a great and safe day

I think I got my packet 3 via email telling me what to do gather stuff for interview so much happening confused my question is DO I DO MY DS-160 BEFORE I DO MY NOTICE OF READINESS AS I HAVE STILL ALOT OF STUFF TO GATHER FOR WHEN I GET INTERVIEW .ANY HELP APPRICATE THANK YOU.

Do your DS160, gather all documents you need, do your medical and get the results in hand BEFORE you send in your notification of readiness. 

It shouldn't take too long, go to the Garda station and get your police certificate, and schedule your medical today.

HI PEOPLE NEED ADVICE SO DID MY DS 160 ONLINE ABOUT THREE WEEKS AGO PRINTED THAT OUT THEN GOT EMAIL LIKE GATHER ALL YOU'RE DOCUMENTS TOGEATHER THEN SUBMIT FOR YOUR NOTICE OF READINESS TO YOUR EMBASY. MY Q IS THERE A TIME LIMIT ON THIS AS GATHERING INFORMATION AND ITS SLOW MY EMBASSY IS DUBLIN IRE LAND ANY ADVICE BE GREAT THANKS

Yes, your NOA2 has an expiration, meaning you need to book an interview date in the embassy before  it expires.(although you can appeal to have an extension). But better look at the expiration of your NOA2 and work on that time frame.

Alot going on need an answer to my question my embassy is in Dublin Ireland .Q DO I SUBMIT MY NOTION OF READINESS FIRST THEN ARRANGE FOR MEDICAL OR IS IT MEDICAL FIRST THEN NOTION OF READINESS........ any help would be great have a good one people.
