Hi, I sponsor my mother and now she is awaiting her interview appointment in Ciudad Juarez mexico. She is currently in guadalajara Mexico right now.

my Question is how long do we have to wait for her interview? We received a letter from nvc on April 24th of 2018 saying that they have all the documents that they need it from us. So we have waited little bit over 3 months for the appointment is this normal?

It's normal for now because the U.S. embassy in Mexico is seriously backlogged.

Wow, that’s crazy!!!!! I know my mother is not the only one waiting I just thought it only was going to take 2 months for her appointment. Either way I am glad we are at the last stage of the process.
