i have a question , 

can employment based green card i can cancel . i have sponsor someone through my business and that person is giving hard time ,  is their any way i can cancel his green card ?

Let me get his straight- you sponsored someone to come to the US to work and now you want to fire them? 

 

Well if they already have a green card then you cant cancel anything. There is no "refunds". 

 

If they only have a visa based on working for you then please consult your company lawyer how to fix this situation.

Yes it’s a strange question. If the employee is giving the employer a “hard time” then surely the employer can fire the employee and let them deal with any potential immigration fallout? Should definitely be a lawyer involved in all this. 

Assuming everything in this situation is above board of course.

If you are running a business with enough resources to sponsor a person for a GC, you can afford attorneys - immigration and employer - to advise you.

No. If they have the GC already there is not much you can do, assuming it was a legitimate petition. Firing them makes no difference.

 

If the employee quits very soon after receiving the GC (like 2-3 weeks) that could be grounds to suspect fraud but that's hard to prove. Plus, as with marriage cases, USCIS doesn't really seem to care about former sponsors with regrets. You trusted them enough to go through the process and now grapes turned sour. Sounds like a common story. 

 

If they are giving you "hard time" just let them know you may be firing them. There is no reason to mess with their GC unless it was an obvious fraud and even then chances of USCIS revising it are next to zero, unfortunately.
