Hello,   I  was  wondering  about  the   tax  documentation   for   the  I 864.   I   have   filed  taxes   for  2  years.  This   year  2018   will   be  for  3   years.   Will   2  years   taxes    be   enough   to  show  them  that  I filed  taxes?  During   those   2   years   I   did  not   meet   the  poverty   guidelines.   I  was  a  student   and  receiving social  security because  of   health issues.    This    year   I  will  meet   the  poverty   guideline.  Can  I  show  them  my pay  Stub   or   is  it  better  to  wait  to  file   taxes   next  year?

Pay stubs document current income.  You qualify or not qualify based on current income.  Tax returns (for employed people) are about the past.  It's just "information".  Start by carefully studying the I-864 instructions.  Doing so with all forms all the time, will be critical to your ultimate success.
