My wife condition and bringing my kids from overseas

1. I got married to a U.S citizen early this year, she got nine children already  and i got three children in my previous marriage before we got married, now we are ready to submit application (filling). Can the number of children of my wife has anything doing with the approval?

 

2. Is it advisable to file i130 for my three kids in abroad along with my own as we are about submitting? Please I need advise.

1. Yes , she will have to show she can support you and all her children.

2. Yes , file i-130 together. Waiting will not help in anyway.

1. She is not so much financially ok, but we got someone to give us affidavit of support, will that work?

With a co- sponsor you guys should be fine but in my humble opinion,i will advise she files for you first then after some time,you can come and file for your kids.
