Filled out mailing address 10-a - 10-i, then checked YES for #11 since my mailing and current physical addresses are the same. HOWEVER, now I'm stuck coz there is NOWHERE where I can specify length at my current address, because in Physical Address 1, I have to put in my previous address, not the current one. (according to instructions given right above #12)

I know it's maybe confusing, but if you guys take a min to review the form, you'll know exactly what I'm talking about.

Please advise.

Thanks

P.S. BTW, anyone knows when the new I-130 form is coming out. The current one is already EXPIRED!

The "Date To" date in field 13-b tells them this information. Since your mailing address is your current address, that's all they need to know, they can easily tell how long you've been living there based on that information.

The "Expired" date on the I-130 does not mean the form itself is expired. That is an internal expiration date (see this thread for some good answers to this). As long as you're using the latest form available on USCIS's website (found here), you're perfectly fine.

Thank you for your response. Right underneath #11, it says "If you answer 'NO' to #11, then fill-out 12-a - 13-b...." To me, that means if I answer 'YES' to # 11, then I would have to skip 12-a - 13-b all together, hence, the point I'm raising. Furthermore, if I, as you've suggested, only fill-out #13-a, then 12-a - 12-h will be dedicated for my previous address, (the one right before the current address), and if I do so, then it would definitely not make sense, because it would seem that #13-a is referring to my previous address, and not the current one. Do you see my point/dilemma?

Unlike the example, I've only been in my current address for 4 months, and the one before it for 3 years, and the one before that for 2 years. So if I were to show I'd like to show place of residence for the past 5 yeas, I must use the space dedicated for Physical Address 1 and Physical Address 2. And if I do, then 13-a -13-b would not make sense. Thanks

P.S. I'm trying to avoid having to submit an addendum and attach a page for just one address.
