Your contribution revealed a lot of my stress. My only question, I remarried, I got an advice from the lawyer about filing new i-130,i-465 with the note that we still need to prove both marriages are bonafide However adding my second marriage to the case would lift less pressure on the whole case, @mindthegap what do you think?

I personally think if you continue on the path you are headed, you will end up in removal proceedings before an immigration judge with absolutely zero way to fight it.

Honestly, your worst mistake was getting married again so quickly. I am sorry to say but someone might take that you may have entered into marriage to circumvent immigration laws.

From everything I have read, your best bet if to refile the i751 with better evidence and choosing to go down the i130/i465 is only going to waste time and money.

I think you're right. I am in same situation with him. i got 2 years green card and divorced before filling i-175. We went to bonafide marriage but after almost a year, my ex-wife, she file divorce by herself without telling me anything because she want to buy a house and did not want to share her assets if we got divorced . i only found it through the courts after hearing from our friends. Then i hired lawyer for setting aside to improve everything that she said were lies.

Now i sent my i-175 waiver with bank statements, car title, lease apartment, car insurance, electric bills, photos...now i'm waiting. i hope everybody like me and you will get lucky. :)
