Even though I have received my paper approval via snail mail....the USCIS website that I am using....still only shows the original note of....we have received....etc...as of January 2018

I see people posting about new and old website...where they check status....

What is the link....to the NEW website?

Thanks

Clear the cache on your browser then go to  the USCIS website. Address doesn't change, just because they updated the website.  If you are seeing the old website it is because your browser is showing a cached copy.

They should do away with one.  It's ridiculous, I've been checking both weekly.

Agreed!  The I was only checking the old one....and all it said was they had received my application....7 months ago.

The new one shows we were approved.  Yeah!

Congratulations on the approval! Off-topic: We are in Hawaii as well. Where are you located (you can PM me). We are on Oahu and know a couple on Maui. It might be nice to get together if you are on either island. Good luck with the home stretch (of this part!)

I am on the Big Island...near the village of Volcano.

Let me know if you ever want to head over to this island.

I think my fiancée is 1-2 months from being here yet.  :)

I hope you guys are doing ok over there. 1-2 months will fly by and she will be a busy lady! I'm sure you know, but a friendly reminder can't hurt: _Hank and Greenbaum both have excellent guides that take you through everything you need in Manila. Good luck. Hope to see you sometime either on the Big Island or Oahu. Keep in touch. Aloha!
