The minimum requirement of things to bring is your Green Card and interview notice (the one mailed). Some IO or offices may or may not require your state ID or Driver's license. Mine did, so also bring that just in case. Also bring your country of origin's passport, this is especially important if you've done any travel which has required it.

 

Presumably you're a male, so you may need to submit proof of selective service registration assuming you lived (and was an eligible to register) in the U.S. for selective service between the ages 18 and 26. If so, assuming you've registered sss.gov will give you some letter stating you were registered and when, it's usually printable.

 

Most other documents depend on your case. The requirements here are vastly different depending on how you obtained your green card (e.g. marriage, employment etc..), so it may require research

Imo it's better to bring everything (to a reasonable degree), than have to wait for an RFE. If you have previous year's taxes etc... bring that. They may or may not ask. If you had anything on your application that's out of the ordinary e.g. if you put "yes" on any of the yes/no questions, bring evidence for that.

 

In my case I only needed to present my green card, interview letter, passport and state-ID. I also gave her my selective service registration letter.

If you submitted your application online, I think they may be able to see your scanned copy. I don't think they require a hard copy because she took my copy and scanned it then gave it back to me. I'd print a hard-copy just in case, but in principle you shouldn't need it in your case.
