Hi..I need help as to what to do? I got my USC last year and petitioned my mom from the Phils. I-130 already approved and in the last stage of the processing. I have 2 siblings: 1 is an 18 y/o and is still with mom in the Phils. and the other 1 came here in the U.S in 2004 with a valid visa but has now expired and now out of status and also now she is over 21 y/o. In 2003, grandma a USC petitioned mom in 2003 and back then my 2 siblings were still under 21 (i.e 15 and 20 yrs old) so they were included in the petition. Yesterday, I just received the I-130 approval from grandma's petition. I know that my petition for mom will be much faster coz it's an immediate relative petition so there's no wait for an immigrant visa number, the only downside,it would take a long time for mom to petition sibling over 21 y/o coz she needs to file a separate petition for them. Now with grandma's petition that makes my mom a 1st preference petition and wait is long however the good thing is that my siblings will be included and no separate petition needed since they are qualified under The Child Status Protection Act. Can I have the best of both worlds? Any comments, suggestions or recommendations?
