hi

nope, just one i130 for all, depending on the age of your nephew and the country he is from, he might not be able to immigrate

sibling petitions take a very long time

Thanks but how about the fee ?? It will take long time I know and my nephew is just 6 now ...

so fee should be $535 or $1605 ?

hi

for now your brother is the beneficiary and his family is listed on his i130

the i130 is to prove relationship between you and your brother, the petitioner and the beneficiary

The 6 year old could very well age out by the way ... it’s a long wait and just gets longer every year, it’s very likely imo that it will end up being like 18-20 years from filing now.

My petition from my brother is still pending.

6/09/11 is PD.

I can’t even do a SR until 2 more years for outside processing times.

So you pay for one petition , but when it comes to medical and such you will pay one set of fees for each person.  Who knows how big the family will be by then or what the fees will have gone up to.  It will be expensive in todays dollars for sure.

Visitor User filed in 2011 when the price for the I-130 was different.

Once again, you file the I-130 only for your brother.  You can not file an I-130 for his family.  Therefore, there is only one fee for your brother since he is the only one you can file for.

When a USC files for a brother, the brother's wife is included and children with CSPA age under 21 when the Priority Date becomes current.  (Yes, there is a lot that you will need to learn.)

FOR NOW: THERE IS ONLY ONE FEE FOR YOUR BROTHER FOR THE I-130.   MANY YEARS FROM NOW, YOU WILL PAY SEPARATE FEES FOR YOUR BROTHER, HIS WIFE, AND ELIGIBLE UNMARRIED CHILDREN UNDER CPSA AGE 21.  $535 for one I-130 for your brother.  That's it.

My USC brother petitioned me. I am the beneficiary. I believe it was slightly cheaper than $535 in 2011.
