Hello guys I just need help if anyone has same situation. My GC got updated to " Interview Was Scheduled" on july 20 and

We moved out in the same day and I already change my address on the USCIS website . But my EAD card they send it to my old address thats why I picked it up there . Now im waiting for my interview appointment my friends said it will take up to 5 business days but untill now I dont received anyletter .

Help me guys If were in same situation. What did u do? I already called the USCIS many times and they have different informations about my interview notice, the 1st CS that I talked to she told me that she will redeliver the letter and the other CS told me that there is no mail out yet for my interview.

Any suggestions here will be appreciated guys. Thank u

How does it works? . My appointment interview was for my 2 yrs green card .

Google is your friend.

I have never done it myself and I don't know what the San Diego office is like, so you'll just have to try it and find out for yourself. Alternatively, you can call USCIS again and insist on talking to a level 2 representative. I'm pretty sure they can look up your interview information and give it to you. I wouldn't delay on trying to figure this out though. If your interview was scheduled on July 20, it could be anytime between August 20-31.

Hey,

Dont panic,I will tell you my story:

I checked my AOS online said on 06/23 interview was scheduled and will mail me the notice letter.I waited 2 weeks nothing in my new adress mailbox, also we called our old house landlord, the renter right now didn't see any my mail either.I called tier 2 officer several time, they gave me my interview time and location.Asked me to wait for the mail or I can call back until 5 days left ask them to fax me.So,I waited until 5 days left, and the tier 2 officer told me,for some reason they can't access my case,so no fax at all, told me drive to local office earlier and talk with supervisor, explain what happened on my case.

On 08/05 my husband and I just followed the tier 2 officer's words, they let us in and I passed my AOS interview really smooth. After the interview I asked the VO to double check my address in their system,he told me my address has updated, and the GC mail will have the tracking number. On 08/10,which is yesterday,I got my GC.

Good luck, remember don't panic, prepare all your documents for the interview!

SD infopass is the same place your interview will be, front st downtown. The appointments come out at 12am, usually gone by 1am. On Sunday and and Monday night going to have to stay up late and get one.

Otherwise call 1-800 # first thing Monday and ask for tier 2 or goto https://egov.uscis.gov/e-Request/Intro.do —> did not receive notice by mail.

I would also sign up for informed Delivery to help you track your mail for the future during this process.

My husbands GC/EAD came in a special package the was tracked from the day it left the facility, which showed up on informed delivery.

You can also see if there is mail coming to your house. It might help alleviate some of the future stress.
