so technically they did not refuse you they  just want revised documents. upload what they asked and everything should be fine

That was one quick good gesture for me. Thanks man.  My wife is going to submit new AOS on coming Monday.  May be I get good news in coming very few weeks.

Your wife knew the rules.  She should have been prepared. If she cannot find a joint sponsor, you are in trouble.

How did u upload the new sponsor online. My wife was ask for a new joint sponsor but when i try to upload the documents online i have no option to add a joint sponsor

Hi, can you please tell me how your wife uploaded the new Joint Sponsor? They asked the same thing from me but we are not sure how to upload it. Do we have to remove the old or just add new ? and add which files of the new Joint Sponsor? I have read the NVC pdf on how to upload additional files but I am a bit confused. Please guide me in detail if you can. It will be alot of help.

I believe it should go in Additional Files
