Hello everyone!

My fiancée and I have been looking at this forum for a few months. She’s Iranian and has been put into administrative processing since March after her interview at Ankara’s U.S. Embassy.

It’s encouraging to see some of you already getting visas, we’re both eager to get her visa and start our lives together in America. So far we’ve only had updates when the embassy responds to our email inquiring about her visa.

I’d like to know if there’s been an automated system implemented in Ankara’s embassy, and if they know anyone that’s had their visa’s issued in Ankara?

It seems like other embassies have a higher rate of visa issuances that were on AP, but Ankara has a tendency to give them right away. I haven’t heard of many getting visas issued that are already in AP at Ankara’s embassy!

Best wishes,

 Louis & Zahra

Probably good.  I'm tracking 15 cases where people had their case change to "or" and were contacted by the embassy to continue getting their visa. I'm also tracking 6 that changed to "or" and haven't heard a word in nearly a month and I'm tracking 6 other cases that changed to "or" since early September and haven't heard yet. But probably it's good.
