Well guys, this morning (oddly enough) we received a good news. The Yerevan embassy asked us to send passport, medical and other documents to them. The waiver process has come to an end for us after exactly 1 year and 7 months. I cannot express in words how relieved we are that this ordeal is almost over.

Wow congratulations we are all happy for you. Did you experience mailed/available changing to mailed or available in your ceac case status

This is pretty big, court said government's argument that consular non-reviewability doctrine doesn't apply to waiver cases

The only bad news is that they didn't grant his preliminary injunction for Iranian plaintiffs, but the court says the case can proceed - this can be a potential nightmare for the government for a court to say that these cases can all be reviewed. Does anyone have any opinions?

Thanks ! Nothing changed on CEAC except the update date. The status still shows as "REFUSED".

I don't think CEAC site and the embassy are always in alignment. Our status was always "REFUSED" even though the embassy informed us time and again that the case was under AP. We've been informed now that the waiver is available and we should send all relevant documents. I believe once they receive the documents, the status will change appropriately.

Yes, I am aware of what you asked about but for "REFUSED" status you just have a generic message to visit the travel.state.gov link for details, nothing like what you showed. Hence, I mentioned that perhaps after they get our documents, the details will change appropriately.

Here is the exact text :
