Well if I was him I'd be going crazy too. I check CEAC now multiple times a day even though this behavior makes no sense. When they had asked me to submit a new DS-5535 I was going crazy asking about it in multiple threads. I read pages and pages and pages of the DS-5535 thread looking for clues. This whole thing is agonizing. Oh..and my "or" changed to "/" - lol

I definitely understand the frustration. After all, this thread is created to support each other. My wife's application has been on AP for almost 15 months now and we are still counting! We also check the status multiple times a day! I hope we all get to the end of this process.

After i lost my job i kept searching for 6 month and i finally found one and recived an offical offer in the same day embassy called me and asked to redo medeical and submit passport so I rejected the offer and told them I am travilling and sold my furintur for cheap money and give back my house and then they returned passport with no visa and put back on AP.  Tell my about firstration I esstmated my loss to be at least 10000 usd not adding to that the income that I would made if I acceppted the offer and had to search for another 2 months for job and to rent new house and to buy new furinture.  Pluse when they call if they ever did I have to redo medical for me and my dughter and sell my furnitur again same shitty process . pluse we will have new baby next month that need to apply for in same process. I wish to see 1 update on my case

same here bro after f years off marriage i lost my house i sent my wife to safe country i couldn't do any more payments on my house so i lost it i stopped my school.. i cant afford it because of that i lost my chance to improve my position in work i lost every thing  now my credit in this country i cant buy a burger because of that  ...... and they simply they dont care

I'm thinking of filing a Writ of Mandamus, pro se - meaning filing it myself, we're at 3 months going to 4 months - it may not have been enough time but I'm thinking maybe they'll work to dismiss it because there hasn't been enough time so then we can re-file when it's at 6 months; but I'm thinking it's a way to get their attention
