Hi Basel ! 

Did the embassy ask you to send your passport to the embassy !! 

I mean the applicant’s passport ! 

And how long have you been in AP ? 

I’m Syrian and I had my interview in Amman too .

Did you hear of any Syrians who got their visas approved at the embassy of Amman ! 

Me i got a call from the embassy to send my passport and I did and it’s been about 38 days since the day my passport was delivered to the embassy and I haven’t heard anything  about it yet .

good i think u'll get ur visa soon. my mother got a non immigrant visa she were exempted from the travel ban.

Did she need a waiver ! 

And how long did it take to return her passport after they asked for it ! 

Give me more details pls .

i really feel so bad and frustrated waiting for my passport back .. it’s taking so long which I don’t know if it’s normal or not ,,

We sent an enquiry a few days ago and we got a reply to provide them with more info about the case and we did but still waiting for a reply .. can you tell me what email address you send inquires to ? I mean send me the email you used yourself pls !

ok no problem as for my mom it took her one week from the beginning to end at us embassy in Lebanon as for me im on immigrant visa have been put on AP for almost a year & a half but i was prepared for that because the immigration officer who interviewed me told me it might take a long time because of the ban. you see each case is treated differently.

man we been in AP FOR 14 MONTHS . tell me about frustration ... just like most of us here .... it will be ok at the end hopfully

I do not mean to disappoint you; but the same wording was told to me a few months ago in more than one email and nothing has happened yet! 

 

They just replied later with the same cliche! :(

But it’s not the direct contact of the embassy I think .

this is the embassies email I guess .

we’ll send another inquiry to this email I’m case we got no response from the first email
