Hello everyone!

I just saw a post on a facebook group called: US Embassy Administrative Processing And Form DS-5535

That 2 Syrians have been asked to send their passport and updated medical to their embassies.

First case, Abu Dhabi embassy, AP since April 2018

Second case: Sweden embassy, AP since December.

I am so happy seeing more people getting approved. I hope all of you will hear good news soon :)

They submitted waivers not normall processing

Here is ours.. I've heard that rumor before. Ours has had the / for the entire time.  Did yours just change from having a / to not?

"Your visa case is currently undergoing necessary administrative processing. This processing can take several weeks. Please follow any instructions provided by the Consular Officer at the time of your interview. If further information is needed, you will be contacted. If your visa application is approved, it will be processed and mailed/available within two business days. ..."

Mines been the same since the interview (/)

Riyadh embassy 10 months post interview IR1

How does the senator know that your waiver is approved?

I thought senators receive as much information as we do from inquiries!!

my wife also interviewed in Riyadh December 2018 CR1.

She was inquiring for us and the embassy told her that, she send us their reply

Okay!

The response my senator received from the Riyadh embassy was way more professional and organized than the ones I receive, if I get any replies. Though, the point across is the same, the case is under AP and she’ll be contacted when it’s over!!

If you don’t mind, how many times did the senator contact the embassy? Was it like an every month type of thing or just once?

Filed: IR-1/CR-1 Visa Country:
Timeline

Hello everyone, I was requested to redo my medical and mail my passport with 2 photos to the embassy in Yerevan, Also they wanted me to upload W2 tax returns on the CEAC account, last week I submitted W2 on the ceac and I took an email back from the embassy that "Thank you for your follow up email, because of some technical issues we are unable to review documents that you have scanned in CEAC. As soon as we access  and review the newly uploaded documents you will be contacted and advised accordingly."  I am in Yerevan now and mailed my passport to the embassy on Monday, but still the issue for reviewing my uploaded documents exists after almost 10 days, and the embassy doesn't  make an alternative for us to just email or mail the documents instead of uploading them,

I wanted to know was anyone in this situation before ? I will appreciate any advice

Any Yemenis with cases in Djibouti? What response do you get when you email them?

this is the reply I always get.

Greetings from the US Embassy in Djibouti and thank you kindly for your message. Per our records, the visa was refused appropriately pursuant to Presidential Proclamation 9645. However, the U.S. Embassy in Djibouti has recommended that this case be considered for a waiver to the proclamation. As such, the case is currently undergoing routine administrative processing. While we have no timeframe on how long that administrative processing will take to be completed, we will update the petitioner and visa applicant as soon as we can move forward with further adjudication.
