Hello joey, kindly don't panic bro , it is not about who is gonna win, it is easier for the government to issue visas than go through that road, usually those cases end up by a deal between the government and plaintiffs lawyer, and In Mosleh (the case for Yemeni), the Judge denied  Mr Morrison’s motion for expedited discovery, and his plaintiffs still got their waivers within 45 days. The fact that the Judge in Darchini scheduled a hearing on the motion for expedited discovery instead of denying it outright is great, and a sign this case is going better than Mosleh.

Is everyone here spouse visa? 

I filed for a fiance visa and have been on AP for over a year. Im reading all these comments and seems like everyone is doing spouse visa. Have you heard of fiance visas being issued at this time? Are they being issued less than spouse visas?

This shows all visas issued and not only those which need a waiver !!! 

How can we find issued visas for those from travel ban countries??

Yes it’s been at the embassy for 17 working days now !!!

I took my sons passport to the embassy and his visa was issued about 21 days later. I hope you get yours soon!

And did the embassy ask you to send his passport to the embassy ??

Djibouti. They sent an email saying his case was complete and to drop of his passport. Yes it was 21 working days.

For me they didn’t say that it’s complete.. they called me about a month after my interview and said send us your passport but they didn’t say why .. I’m hoping it won’t take long .. thanks for sharing 😊
