Hi Fakeeh , 

may I ask you a few questions pls ! 

I had my interview in Amman too and a while ago the embassy called me and asked me to send my passport and so I did and it’s been three weeks since they got my passport. 

Can you ask your friend how long did it take exactly since his passport was delivered to the embassy and does asking for the passport mean they will issue the visa ??

Hi Fakeeh , 100%  true , even the attitude of staff in AbuDhabi Embassy  is so bad comparing with others .

14 working days. and yes mostly they will issue the visa unless there is a secuity issue they could return the passport without a visa. but most of the cases when they ask for passport they will issue the visa.

No I didn’t .. it’s been 16 working days so far .. I’ll wait another 10 working days and then I’ll email them if I heard nothing .. I wish you could put me in contact with your friend who got his visa if possible !!

I haven’t received any updates since the 15😔 I was so excited that it was it they they would call my husband to send his passport. I’m tired of waiting for him to join me.

Believe me you won’t feel relaxed until you get your visas stamped on your passport.. I still feel so very nervous regarding my visa though they called me and asked for my passport and it’s been with them for a while .. I wish you the best to come

If they can find out how many times I go to refresh the CEAC website, they would feel sorry for me and issue my wife’s visa this week!!

Today embassy called me and sent us email asking detailes about my husband (the petitioner) date of birth previous citizenship,  address , and travel hx 

And also scan cooy of my passport , alsomy case got updated today 

Is this good news
