You will get it soon IA. a guy form Yemen had the same situation and got his passport back with visa on it after 23 days form sending it.

Can you pls get me his contact?? Or just provide me with more details about his case !! His embassy ! And whether the embassy called him and asked him to send his passport or they just kept his passport after the interview?  And any other details about his case pls !

i feel so nervous not hearing from the embassy after they got my passport however I got about 7 updates in the last 20 days and all show AP !

It is strange! The update did not happen from the embassy as some noted here because they are either on Eid holiday or it happened after hours.

Personally, my case was updated on the 14th because I sent an email inquiring about the status; to my surprise, I just noticed that it was also updated on the 15th!

So hopefully it is a good indicator for everybody; but I also feel that it could be just an automatic system update that means nothing! :(

Help is needed.

Curtis Morrison is a lawyer who is working on lawsuits for many families affected by the travel ban waiver policy. As showed, he is requesting from any of those who had their visa printed already to provide a DECLARATION. He is trying to proof that there is no line or priority in terms of processing these waivers. Please think about those who are in your shoes just before you united with your loved ones.
