I’m happy to say my wife received her visa today! We interviewed in Ankara last month, refused under the PP. contacted 2 weeks later to submit the passport only and now visa in hand!  Here’s to hope for anyone not interviewing yet and praying for those who were unfairly put in AP hell that it will end soon. God bless you all in this wonderful group.

Congratulations
So how do u feel about giving IV to Iranians in general (people u/she may interacted with) in her recent interview? ESP for parents second interview?
thanks!

Finally, our journey has come to an end as well. We picked up our visa today. Interview was 2 days ago, and visa was ready the 2 days after interview. We are ecstatic. The visas are being given out everyday, almost everyone is getting visas within a couple of weeks of interview. We talked to many many people who came, got their visas and left. Many were second interview (first interview was before the automated system) but many more were first interview like us.

Bottom line, things are back to normal for the most part, almost everyone interviewing is getting visas. I did hear some refusals for men who have served in the military, but have not spoken to anyone that had this so I don't know how widespread it is.

We are going to visit a few places in turkey and then hopefully fly into the US next week!

I wish everyone here speedy visas and unification with their loved ones. We were in AP for a day, and the mrs was going nuts, so I cannot begin to imagine what many on this board are going through. It is deeply unfair to people who interviewed between dec 2017 and july 2019, but the one piece of hope I can offer you is that many people I saw were getting visas were second interview where the first interview was 2018/early 19.

Congrats bro .. I’m so happy for you

May I ask you pls how did you make sure that the refusal cases were mainly because of going to military service??

Do they tell the ppl who are refused that it’s because they send to mandatory military service ????

i hope you count provide me with more info about this part or if you could me in connection with ppl who had experienced it.

Thank you in advance and congratulations again

Hello everyone, I really need your helps, Parent of a US citizen from travel ban country, had interview in Abudhabi in 2018,  been in contact with the embassy since then, all documents completely sent & verified by them. Recently changed from expiring soon back to AP! I heard about the Waiver package, what is that and Do we need to file that too? Is that necessary for the process? Where and how can I file that?

thanks

Salam everyone!

My husband has been under administrative processing for 14 months. I received an email recently saying that he’ll be contacted for a second interview in the next 2 months. Today I was checking CEAC and I found this. What does that mean? Do I need to contact the embassy? #ammanembassy

Try  to contact them with an email saying that you want to pursue your Visa application and if there's missing documents you are willing to send them.

2 years and 4 months in administrative processing.

Seeking for help/tips.

Hey guys I'm a Belgian citizen. Traveled to the US many times. In 2017 I got my ESTA (electronic visa for Europeans) revoked. I had to apply for a nonimmigrant visa in Dubai (been living there since 2014).

Ceac case status:

Interview date: 16th August 2017

Case last updated: 16th of August 2017

I have send multiple emails only to get a the same response over and over again. "case is in administrative processing which might take weeks to months..."

Now when I press the link on the ceac website for the embassy in Dubai and open the link "how to reach a customer representative in Dubai", the website shows that the domain does not exist. It has been like this for 2 weeks. I can't even send them an email anymore.

I understand that no much can be done but I feel like my case has been forgotten or lost.. Hoping someone can share some tips. Thanks

for nonimgrate visa you should not wait that long. just apply again from abu dhabi or even dubai. no need to wait all that long after 1 year no point of waiting more.

just apply new application and put it this time in abu dhabi.
