Also what happened with the group of individuals from this group whom filed a joint WOM together? How much did each party have to pay? And are there any others interested in perhaps joining together to do the same that have not yet done so?

Hi everyone, I’ve been a silent viewer on this page for a while. My husband had his interview last week at the Riyadh US Embassy. The officer said everything was good but he had to get his marriage certificate certified and to send the document with his passport back to the Embassy. Which he did. But there is one problem, he holds Somali passport. But the officer never mentioned he will be banned but he will be Oky if he sends his document back with the passport. Since the day of his interview until now, on the CEAC site, it says REFUSED. Will that change, I’m so nervous for him and so over this process. Sorry if this post is to long. I will really appreciate if any one can answer. Thank you in advance ☺️.

My brother had the refusal until we submitted the waiver

no worries it will change

Aww Oky, where do you submit waiver? Is there a website to do that or something?

Best money I ever spent. I know there is the automated system now, but the State Dept reported publically it will take 6-12 months to clear the backlog, and I do believe our caseee advanced us in the queue by many months.

The lawsuit was filed on August 9th and we had the visa in our hand on October 9th. Two months exactly.  And yes, $5000 when joined with the other families is what he charged.

Yes, greater than a year is ideal. We contacted him in July which was our 8th month in AP.  Give him a call and have a chat.

My wife’s visa was finally issued today, her interview was June of this year, her status was refused up until last night which changed to AP and after a-few hours issued.

Good luck everyone i really hope and pray this wait comes to an end for everyone stuck in this dumb situation that has no logic behind it 🙏🏻
