The officer said everything was good but he had to get his marriage certificate certified and to send the document with his passport back to the Embassy. Which he did. They gave him a 3 papers at the interview to fill which is the waiver, and we sent it to the embassy’s email in amman

Best money I ever spent. I know there is the automated system now, but the State Dept reported publically it will take 6-12 months to clear the backlog, and I do believe our caseee advanced us in the queue by many months.

The lawsuit was filed on August 9th and we had the visa in our hand on October 9th. Two months exactly.  And yes, $5000 when joined with the other families is what he charged.

Thank you so much, i have contacted  wrong number, and now i called the right one and left a msg too, hopefully they will get back to me

Yes, greater than a year is ideal. We contacted him in July which was our 8th month in AP.  Give him a call and have a chat.

My wife’s visa was finally issued today, her interview was June of this year, her status was refused up until last night which changed to AP and after a-few hours issued.

Good luck everyone i really hope and pray this wait comes to an end for everyone stuck in this dumb situation that has no logic behind it 🙏🏻
