Hi. Thank you for anyone can help me with this.I'm a beneficial for k1 visa. We got our Noa1 on Feb 9.I have two kids. I get my daughter's custody who is 18 .But not my son's ,he's 17 now. His dad exercises his custody. I need to find out what kind of documents I should bring for the interview to prove I can take my son with my daughter and me to move to  the USA ?It was a divorce agreement so there's no court papers for me. I asked a lawyer who offers a service in the court but she told me to ask our national  immigration agency. I called the national immigration agency ,they said I need to ask the American Institute in Taiwan (my country ). The AIT sent an email to notice me they couldn't give me any legal advice .I attach a response from them below. Does any one know what should I get ? I think it doesn't have a specific form of parental consent letter from our government .

Unmarried children under age 21 can receive K-2 visas.   Both of OP's kids are eligible for K-2 visas.
