Thanks for the reply. Yeah it is a Filipina centeric site..... It's kinda like Facebook. Neither of us paid anything, but there is an option to pay for like quicker messaging downtime / unlimited search terms etc...

Go to their website, look up the Terms of Service page, odds are it is a simple dating site   .. print out the TOS and include for USCIS if you are filing the I-129F.   This TOS will satisfy USCIS that it is not a marriage broker

I know a girl who met her fiance in Pinalove she was with me yeaterday during my CFO seminar. We were able to discuss topics about how we met our fiancees, one girl there said she met her fiancee in cherrybloosoms same as me and she got RFE during petition. She was asked to send a copy of the sites terms and condition. Its weird because i was never asked and the girl from Pinalove she was never questioned about it.

I doubt it is a Philippines based website.

Matchmating is illegal in the Philippines, See Republic Act 6955

Just when you think you have TDS eradicate,  a new case shows up.

  • 2 years later...

I'm retired and received a k1 fiance visa for my now Filipina wife 3 years ago. I suspect, because of our 40 year age difference. We were asked numerous questions about our online romance during the immigration interview. I felt that the interviewer was looking for a solid reason to deny my wife's visa. But in the end she was approved. If you do a marriage tour, with an agency. imbra may be an issue. But just meeting on a website is not grounds for denying a fiance visa.    https://www.freeforeigndating.com/
