Hi there & congratulations on your NOA1! :D

If you're wanting to obtain a K-3 visa for your wife, your next step is to fill out an I-129f. You will need to send a copy of your I-797C (which everyone calls an NOA1) with your petition. Check out the "Guides" section of this site to help you through that process.

Good luck!!

You have the option for applying for a K-3. This may help you to bring your wife here sooner, depending on a number of different factors. If your I-130 was sent to California, you might want to consider this. Good luck with your journey.

Since you are going thru the California Service Center, I suggest you to file a I-129F petition. Follow the Guides. :)
