This one was done at the CO level, ask for a Consulate General Review of the Decision. This option is only available until the case is returned to the USCIS. So hurry and find out.

Sorry, but, I never mention it is over. I said they need to figure out why they got denied and work from there. No matter what they are doing, appeal, re-apply or get married and file for spouse visa. It will not working until they are sure what is the reason is.

He can get an idea the reason of denial if he know the exact question that the officer ask and what answer given by his fiancee. Basically for this case, the officer doesn't believe their relationship
