I'm concerned and need some advise.  January 10, 2018 is the official date my case was filed. I'm still waiting on NOA2. I called today, rep couldn't really give me any information she just said "I don't see any problems with your case". No ETA was given and we filed a case inquiry (ETA 30 days). I'm hoping to receive NO2 prior to the case inquiry. Can anyone tell me possible reasons for delay?  No RFE has been received. According to timeframes, cases filed on 01/10/18 are being processed 08/18/2018. I do see a few people that already received their NOA2 and filed a few days after my application.

Give it some time I wouldn’t be concerned. It doesn’t appear to be a delAy if others who filed around the same time of you are slowly getting notices. The process is long and frustrating, I get it. Unfortunately cases are not handled exactly the way they come in hence the differences is processing times.

Have you made an account on the new USCIS website?

https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/

If not, create an account and you’ll probably see that you already received an approval if there were no problems with your case.

There is no need for you to be concerned. You are still well within the normal processing times. There are still 2017 filers waiting for their approval.

The receipt date for case inquiries is currently January 11. (https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/)

Your receipt date, according to your timeline is January 16, so you will have to wait until that date shows up as the inquiry date and then you can call USCIS about the status of your case.

Also, you need to correct your timeline. Your case has not gotten to the NVC stage yet, so take those dates out and you will receive an estimate on your approval date based on other VJ members data.
