Hello guys, how are you all doing its been a long time I hear from you guys I hope everybody is doing good. I have a few question which is really bordering me a lot, is all about my AOS is over 1year now since I filed and I have not been call for interview even my EAD has expired and I have gotten 180 days Extention but not yet the card itself, my marriage is going to be 2years in November and me and and my wife don't have anything together in our name because things have not been according to plan since I came into the state. So my  question goes  like this what is my chance of getting my green card when they called us for interview,  or is it possible that we will not be called for interviews ? Since am in the state with k1 visa ? I don't know am just a bit confused about the whole issue. Please all ideas will be appreciated thanks guys while I will be waiting to hear from you all

Can you be more specific in what you mean by this statement? Are you still together and in a relationship, or have you seperated?

When you attend your AOS interview, you have to show evidence of an ongoing marriage since you submitted the AOS package. This evidence can include photographs, joint bank accounts, leases, car insurance, health insurance, utility bills etc, and the more evidence you have the better.

If you don't have any evidence that shows that you are co-mingling then you are going to have a real problem in getting approved at the interview, and will almost certainly be denied.

Yes we are still together and we have so many photographs and as well as phone and car insurance together and we are living in a hotel right now and our name is together on the hotel lease that's all we have

The evidence you present to show that you are living together as a married couple is, I believe, the most important aspect of the information and documentation you bring to the AOS interview. The more evidence you can gather the better, as you want to remove any doubt from the interviewers mind.

The evidence you have does seem on the flimsy side, so I would suggest trying to add more such as opening a joint bank account in both of your names, and also including any joint tax returns you have filed in the 2 years you have been married.
