RFE: Sponsors household size

Hi all,

Please I need a little help.

 

I applied for my green card earlier this year in early march, I just got an RFE letter and the only thing that was requested was 

 

The "Sponsors Household Size" on the joint sponsor Form I-864, Affidavit of support (revision sate 07/02/2015), was calculated incorrectly or not completed. A household size of 0 or 1 is not acceptable. The joint sponsor must correct and/or complete and return Page 4 of Form I-864.

 

Now I realize my mistake, I put in a 1 instead of a 2..... My problem now is that do I only include page 4 of the I-864 or the whole I-864? and also, there is a new version of Form I-864( revised 3/06/18) do just complete the old form (that is page 4) or the new form (which ever page has the household size)

 

Im kinda confused on what to do, please advice accordingly.

You have to submit a WHOLE I-864.

NVC does not accept if you send them only 1 incorrect page. 

 

The old form 2015 was expired. You should submit new form 2018.

As with all legal documents, you must fill out the entire document. A single page doesn't work. There is no way for USCIS to confirm no other changes have been made.
