I'm nearly done filling out the I-130.

I have a few final questions, if you would be gracious enough to help me.

1. The form says it expires on 7/31/2018, but I can't find a copy of the I-130 with a later expiration date. How do I move forward?

2. My wife's, the beneficiary, mother died 25 years ago. On the form, it asks for her Country of Residence. Do I enter 'deceased' or do I put where she died?

3. I'm including 3 years of tax returns, our marriage certificate, and our 2 children's birth certificates as proof of a valid marriage. I would like to include more things. We have been married for 11 years and she was previously a permanent resident through our marriage. We officially abandoned because of an opportunity abroad. I am considering including photos of us together, a copy of her previous green card, a copy of the abandon-green-card form, and a letter concisely summarizing our current situation. Of those things I just mentioned, which, if any, do you think would be unwise to include?

Thanks for all the help. Have a fantastic day!

1. You can use the form that expired on 7/31/2018 since there is no  updated one

2. Just put deceased, that is how I did for my husband's father

3. Do not include the three years of tax returns wait for the NVC stage.

Wish you the best

For #1 enter the country of residence.

#2 - If you go to the USCIS website and ask "Emma" you are able to use this form as they haven't updated it, yet.

#3 - Make sure you submit the transcripts, not your actual returns...you can get them here:  https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript

Include all that you think is pertinent to the application.  I agree with what you are providing as they will have her past on record so addressing that, upfront, is a good thing in my opinion.
