Hi all,

 

Bit of a strange one. I got an e-mail from the consulate today confirming their address and everything, and asking me to confirm my appointment. When I follow the link it takes me to the page to enter all my info again and submit this as a "new applicant" for non immigrant VISA, but obviously I've already done this for the immigrant visa, is this just a mistake?

 

Sorry if this is stupid, I'm just confused, and now worried again :( I signed in with my existing login details.

You dont need to confirm anything - i got the same email before my interview, ignore the link, just login to immigrant as normal & double check your information manually :)

np :) it is very misleading, seems to be a standard email regardless if we start off an immigrant visa or non-immigrant!
