How long did it take to have the GC mailed to you after activation?

Timeline

My USCIS status has not changed since February 2018 (case at department of state) but I already have the GC card in hand. Sometimes the status tracker is nothing to go by...

wrong case number.

 

Once you pay the ELIS fee you get an IOE number in which to track the green card.   You don't use your original USCIS number.

Timeline

Green card arrived in three weeks.  Caveat:  my husband waited 4 months to arrive after approval, but we paid the fee right after approval.
