Hi, just wanted to share our experience with everyone.

We applied for form I-129F on November 27th 2017, 7 months had passed and we had heard nothing back. We submitted an inquiry as to what was happening and they said that they had sent an RFE in MAY. We never received the RFE so we called them and they said that they would submit an inquiry stating that we did not receive it, 30 days later, we receive nothing, so I call, they say that a letter is in the mail explaining that we never received it. This is all information we already know. So I ask them are they sending out another RFE to us, and they said no. They offer to fax it to us, and then kindly let us know that the deadline in may 13th, 6 days away. We are very sad and upset. We are hoping that we can gather all the info they need and send it to them ASAP.

At no point did they explain that they aren’t sending another RFE or anything, it’s just luck that I asked if the letter contains a RFE
