Hi,

Last time my wife did the i864 was when we filed for AOS from k1 ....now that we have an interview coming up we are to bring a new i864. If her income alone meets the poverty guidelines do we also include my income on the form or no?

What are you filing for that requires an I864?

We have a green card interview and it says to bring one.

I751/ROC? I haven't heard of anyone being asked to bring one. Or is this for the AOS interview?

Either way, it should be the USC's income. They are the sponsor guaranteeing that he/she will not be a burden of the state, regardless of how much the GC holder is earning.
