Question, can't the president change the law(s) through the Federal Registry like he's doing now and make that part of the condition for Naturalization? I do not see anywhere where it says he can't for Naturalization.

 

Now question is this if someone has Green Card and they are renewing after 10 Years and they used Obama Care or Earned Income Tax Credit they will be penalized. Wouldn't they penalize the Green Card Holder (Legal Permenant Residence) that would prevent him/her from ever applying for Naturalization.

No. The purpose of the media is put the fear on citizens, then they will blame Trump for that. Put your trust on the reliable sources like USCIS or DHS.
