We recently file late i757 last June 29 2018, after 4 days (July 3,2018) we recently received the letter from my mother in law house which I didn’t know about it, the letter said I’m terminated of conditional resedence. We file because we have reason, and it’s worth to try. I’m so scared after I read that letter.  my husband was on the disability right now, and I’m still working 2 jobs to support my family and send money to Philippines for my parents. My temporary green card expired May 14, 2016. I couldn’t file because we don’t have money,  me and my husband don’t have a job, we have 4 year old son, we lived with my mother in laws house.

As tough as it sounds, it costed money to bring you to the USA and it costed money to remove conditions on the green card...all of which i'm sure you are aware.

Not having the funds is not really USCIS' problem but overstaying without having a valid green card is....they are the ones who send ICE.

I'm sorry that you have to endure this with having a son and all....but you knew what was coming.

file I-751 ASAP and request for a fee waiver if you think you qualify for it. Included a letter explain why you not file i751 on time.

Good luck.

The OP has already filed the I-751 for RoC on June 29, 2018. However, the temporary/conditional green card expired since May 2016.

Unless the OP made a typo and it should have been May 2018, then she is waaaaaaaayyyyyy out of status and can be placed in deportation proceedings.
