Oath ceremony de-scheduled but rescheduled again

I woke this morning to an almost heart dropping notification, and upon logging into my account it said that my Oath (August 23rd) had been descheduled. They gave almost no reason for it, only "due to unforeseen circumstances." Thankfully a few hours later I received another email stating that my file was transferred to another USCIS office, and that my oath ceremony had been scheduled again.

 

Has this happened to anyone? My case is a bit unique because during my application process I resided in Michigan, but had to move back to Ohio application was pending. I distinctly remember updating my physical address in the N-400 application, as my mailing address in Ohio is where I moved back. But I guess USCIS it didn't update on USCIS'  end. I ended up doing my interview in Detroit as a result, the IO who seemed like a senior IO was able to approve it on the spot but said that my oath could only be in Ohio. 3 days later I viewed my oath letter online and it was still Detroit. I was confused but nonetheless "trusted the process", but it was weird because the IO had already told me I was doing it in Ohio. I guess they finally realized and transferred my file, and rescheduled my oath. The oath letter still hasn't shown up in the online account, but I will update.
